She is also incredibly thorough. Before submitting our offer, she carefully reviewed every detail of the agreement and identified important issues that could have easily been overlooked. For example, our home previously had a swimming pool, and she immediately recognized the potential risks and made sure they were properly addressed before we proceeded. Her attention to detail gave us tremendous confidence throughout the process.

Another thing that truly sets Mitra apart is her responsiveness. I honestly don't know when she sleeps! Whether I contacted her early in the morning or late at night, she responded almost immediately. Knowing that your agent is always available when you need advice provides tremendous peace of mind during what can otherwise be a very stressful process.

Mitra also represented us in selling our home. After another agent was unsuccessful, she stepped in and sold our house in just five days, despite the challenging market.
